Another One Down

Ossu minásàn! Ora Aoi Ryu! Our cars are dropping like flies, it's great! It first started with 's breaking, and with countless attempts to fix it, the car was pronounced dead and is now being sold for parts. My car isn't looking to good. Many things have been breaking on it and they keep getting worse. The Latest thing that I was told that was wrong with my car is the head gasket is broken, which the previous owner had been in an accident and had to have damage it and did quick fix on it. Right now I'm trying to find out what all is wrong with my car and an estimate on how much it's going to cost. I'm guessing that I'm just going to have to buy a new car. The answer my Dad gave me when I asked him if it was worth it was "It's a fun car to drive!" So, I'll find out what it's going to cost, and make my decision.

What was also great was my mom's second car, the that and I were using, also died; only for a week or so. My older sister was driving it home when it decided that it didn't want to work correctly any more. Lucky it died in the driveway, not in the best spot, but at least it was at the house. My Dad was teasing my older sister for breaking another car.

1) I have a dog that is a Rottweiler-Beagle mix, don't ask me how that happened. We got her from the neighbors, who found her and her brother. Her name is Lucy and she's very cute [link] , it's not the best picture of her.

2) I've been working on a Samurai Troopers/Sailor Moon crossover story in my head for a very long time, that I would like to write; it's too good not to.

3) I love drawing eyes and long hair on characters, be them mine or not.

4) I love drawing characters with attitude and pretty villains, again be them mine or not.

5) I'm not a morning person.

6) I own so many mangas and art books that I'm running out of places to put them, and I'm not joking.

7) I have a lot of action figures from anime series that I enjoy that I have to limit myself to certain series, and sometimes to certain characters, when I'm looking at new figures.

8) I also love dolls. I have Sailor Moon dolls, Little Apple dolls, and other very pretty Gothic style dolls.

9) I own a set of sais, and they do have sharp tips.

10) I prefer to wear jeans and t-shirts. Most of my t-shirts are black or red, mostly black, with pictures or phrases on them.

I'm Back

Ossu minásàn! Ora Aoi Ryu! I'm back from my vacation, and I can't really say if I felt it was too short or not because I had a lot of fun being with my relatives, but I wasn't really able to get anything done.

We did a lot of shopping, but none of the stores we went to really had anything I liked; it was mainly stuff that my Mom and her sisters liked to look at. So with all the place we ended up going I wound up buying food to bring home. I got to do some wine tasting, that was interesting, but that's not really my thing. I've tried a lot of different alcoholic drinks, and I just don't really care for them. We also had pizza that had sauerkraut and Canadian bacon, that was really good!

Though I think one of the greatest thing that happened during this trip is my Grandma attempting to play the Wii, that fun! She wants a Wii for Christmas, so my uncle hooked brought his and hooked it up and had her play. They made her a Mii and everything. They even made one for Grandpa.

So I had a lot of fun, despite all of the traveling we did, and I hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving as well.

Out of Town

Ossu minásàn! Ora Aoi Ryu! I just wanted all of you to know that I'm going out of town tomorrow and that may or may not be able to check back on DA until Saturday or Sunday. I'm excited though because this is something that I have needed for a long time. I get to have Thanksgiving with more of my relatives this year instead of just my two aunts. It'll be fun! So when I get back, I should have more energy and be able to get the all pictures that people are waiting on done.

And to all of you are having one, I hope you guys will have a good Thanksgiving!

Question

Ossu minásàn! Ora Aoi Ryu! I would like to ask you all a question. If I started to do commission work and sell prints of my art work would any of you be interested? I've been think about doing this for a good while now.

If I do, which I probable will, I might be able to start selling prints some time next month; commissions will have to wait until January or February, at the earliest. I'll first have to get everything setup and prices figured, etc. You know everything that goes into doing something like this, so if anyone advice for me on doing this, I would also like to know. Also if there are any pictures of mine in particular that any of you would like to see a print available, you can also let me know. ^_^

Halloween Night
Ossu minásàn! Ora Aoi Ryu! I hope everyone had a fun and exciting Halloween night. We sure did! Putting up the last minute planned deco, scarring the people as they came to door with all of our deco, and my parents trying to set the house on fire! OK, not exactly.

What happened was one of the decorative tea-light holders(which looks like a pumpkin) caught fire; it had flames coming out of its eyes How it caught fire was the wax of tea-light that was in it caught fire then, not really having any were to go, it caught the pumpkin on fire. At first when we started smelling something weird, we all thought it was the bleeding candles making that smell because they had just been blown out, but no it wasn't. My mom was the one who notice, and it was dad who had to take the little pumpkin to the kitchen. Mom went in the kitchen to take care of the little pumpkin; the thing would stop burning. That was fun!

In the end the damaged done, was it ruined the table cloth that was on the side table and the $400 side table itself. The upside to this is that we do have another one that we're able to put in its place, and my dad has one to that he can work on. Needless to say when this time comes again next year, will be using that same table again that way my parents don't ruin another table.
